1. All items may be returned within 10 days of the receipt date. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first for authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition, arrive well-packed, and be shipped as insured packages. All freight, handling, and COD charges are neither refundable nor to be used as credit.

2. If the item has a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage, we must be notified within ten days of the invoice date. In the case of shipping damage, customers must be willing to aid us in filing a damage report to UPS or to whatever shipping company was used. The damaged or defective item must then be returned to us, and we will then be happy to replace the item at no extra cost to you.

3. Returns for any reason other than manufacturer's defect or shipping damage are subject to a 15% restocking fee, shipping and handling charges not refundable.
